The concert has long been a staple in the community on Palm Sunday, offering an afternoon of sacred music to delight community goers for 63 years.
Over 75 chorus members from many different churches throughout Colby, Wausau, Marshfield, Spencer & Loyal practice for over 10 weeks to provide the audience with a combination of spirituals and hymns.
Each year, the chorus hosts a different guest director to lead their performance. This year they welcome guest director Dr. Daniel David Black, Assistant Professor of Music and Director of Choral Activities at Lakeland College in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
